     ASV Re-Opening Measures
 


As Governor DeWine stated earlier this week, restaurants will begin reopening as of May 15, 2020. We are looking forward to getting back to work and welcoming customers back to our establishments.  With this, we also realize we need to implement higher standards of safety and sanitation for our guests as well as our employees.

ASV Parking has been unique in that we have been operating a full service, 24/7 account during the Covid-19 industry shutdown.  We have been providing 24-hour service while following the guidelines Dr. Amy Acton and the state have put forward.  We have been successful at doing so while navigating this ever-changing landscape.

Below are highlighted steps ASV Parking will be taking at ALL of our accounts:
 

  • Detailed, written protocol posted for all valet attendants to follow and reference throughout their shift

  • Valet attendants will wear mask/face coverings

  • Upon receiving a guest’s car, valet attendant will hang the keys in the secure lock box, spray the keys with Lysol, and sanitize their hands

  • Upon guests receiving their car, the valet will pull the car up, sanitize the door handles, steering wheel, ignition and gear shifter, as well as any other touched surfaces

  • Cars will receive a small key tag acknowledging that their vehicle has been gently sanitized

  • All protocol will update and evolve as more information is received

    To All Our Valet Attendants:
 

  • Please wear mask/face coverings

  • Upon receiving a guest’s car, hang the keys in the secure lock box, spray the keys with Lysol, and sanitize your hands

  • Upon guests receiving their car, pull the car up, sanitize the door handles, steering wheel, ignition and gear shifter, as well as any other touched surfaces

ASV Parking is committed to providing the best available valet parking service, as well as giving the guest an extension of the experience that the establishment will be providing them. Our hope is to make the guest feel confident and comfortable so they will keep returning.  We believe the patrons of our establishments are ready to enjoy life again, but want to feel secure in doing so.  ASV Parking is confident that we can provide that level of comfort and reassurance.
